1. Scope and contact

These terms apply to Car Hero Survivor IO, its game information pages and any pre-release or released version made available by WKos. If you use the game, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Privacy practices are described separately in the Privacy Policy. Contact WKos at wkos.studio@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility and access

The intended Google Play audience is adults aged 18 and older. Follow the applicable store age restrictions and the laws that apply to you. Download the game only from an authorized distribution channel. Device compatibility, countries, store availability and features may change during development. A pre-registration does not guarantee a launch date, a reward or access in every region.

3. Your licence and acceptable use

WKos grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for lawful personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable store rules. WKos and its licensors retain rights in the game, code, artwork, music and branding. Do not redistribute game files without permission, bypass payment or security controls, exploit errors for unauthorized benefits, or use the game or support channels to harm others. Restrictions do not remove rights expressly granted by applicable law.

4. Progress, profiles and changes

Current progress and preferences are saved locally. Resetting or clearing app data can lose progress; Android backups may behave independently. Cloud saving and cross-device recovery are not promised. Planned Google Play Games sign-in uses your existing Google profile when available and is also subject to Google's terms. You can play as a guest without that profile. A separate WKos account is not presently offered. Pre-release content, balance and saved-data compatibility may change as the game develops.

5. Ads, virtual items and purchases

The released game is planned to include advertising and optional in-app purchases. When enabled, purchases will be processed by Google Play through the game's store integration. Before purchasing, review the actual product description, local price and store confirmation. We do not request payment-card details through email or this website.

Consumable virtual items are used within the game and have no cash value or right of resale. Any permanent entitlement is governed by the description shown at the time of purchase. A finite pack of ad-skip tickets and a permanent ad-related entitlement are different products; the store description must explain the distinction. This website offers neither product for sale and does not promise a currently working redemption or restore flow. No subscription is currently offered.

Refunds, cancellation and purchase rights follow applicable consumer law and the store's rules. For a billing issue, contact Google Play or WKos support. Do not send full payment details; a relevant order reference may be requested privately. Nothing in these terms removes statutory refund or consumer rights.

6. Service quality and responsibility

We work to improve the game, but development versions may contain bugs or interruptions. The game and website are provided as available, subject to any guarantees required by law. To the extent permitted by law, WKos is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized modifications, unsupported devices or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.

7. Ending use and updates to these terms

You can stop using the game and uninstall it at any time. We may restrict access where necessary to address unlawful use or material violations, subject to applicable law. We will publish updated terms and a new date when they change and communicate material changes as required. Applicable mandatory laws and your local consumer rights continue to apply; no exclusive foreign court or mandatory arbitration is imposed by these terms.
