Is the game available?

The game is still in development. Google Play pre-registration is open. Pre-register on Google Play. Availability depends on your region and device. No public release date or pre-registration reward has been announced.

Reporting a problem

Include your device model, Android version, game version if available, what happened and the steps to reproduce it. Attach a screenshot if useful. Do not send passwords, full card details or unrelated personal information. This website has no upload form; attachments are optional in your email.

Progress and purchases

Current game progress is local. Clearing app storage deletes local progress and preferences. Cloud saving and cross-device restoration are not currently promised. Real-money purchases are not yet connected in the pre-release implementation. If you encounter a billing issue in a future released version, email us with the relevant product and issue; never publish a receipt or order reference in public.

Privacy and deletion requests

Email wkos.studio@gmail.com with “Car Hero — Privacy” in the subject to ask about information you sent to WKos or to request its deletion. See our Privacy Policy for local-data clearing, provider controls and applicable rights. A separate WKos player account is not currently available; this page does not claim to delete your Google account. Clearing app storage removes local progress, but does not erase provider records. You can manage Google Play Games data through your Play Games profile settings. The request routes for the planned online game services will be documented before those services are enabled. This email entry point currently covers information you have sent to WKos.
